There isn’t a one-fix-all approach to healing and growth; it takes time, as well as a variety of tools to create the life we want and become the people we want to be.

Sometimes we just need support in finding ways to feel our best. Sometimes that’s having someone to talk to and reflect with to learn more about ourselves. Someone who can hold us accountable and remind us what it is we’re trying to accomplish.

About me & my approach.

My name is Victoria Mercedes Rose & I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) through the ACCT and a Certified Life Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Chartered Herbalist. I’ve been studying and working in the holistic healing field for 8 years and am passionate about holding therapeutic space for people as they uncover and discover the deepest parts of themselves.

Through a non-judgemental and unconditionally loving lens, and the application of various therapeutic techniques, I guide you every step of the way to creating the life you deserve.

Throughout my own healing journey, I’ve found profound value in using a holistic approach. There are multiple aspects of ourselves when it comes to our healing and the way we move through the world (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual). For this reason I find it most beneficial to combine therapeutic approaches based on each individual’s unique needs.

It is my honour to hold others in all their ways of being- the agony and the ecstasy- the grief and the love- the fear and the excitement. We are multi-faceted beings with unique and individual needs, and this I value in the space I hold for each and every person.
